      Remote roll provides pretty laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      KPI's and micro management can drive you crazy, but it depends on who is your manager. Most are cool. Some are annoying. Comp plan is impossible to understand, and they changed it every year. Goal increases 10% every year (as does your book of business).
