      Culture and people - team orientated, fun and challenging, promote work/life balance; Small benefits go a long way.

      Cons

      Work/life balance not always the case with various KPIs to hit. Managerial pressures. Fast paced, constant changes not always executed well.

      Nice work environment, got along well with the people I worked with and management was nice.

      Pay was pretty low but above minimum wage still.

      Pretty good work-life balance, good cafeteria options, free drinks and snacks, supportive teammates across all levels

      Cons

      Still has legacy code that is not maintained, lots of half-baked solutions that are now coming back to bite, and recent layoffs (multiple rounds).
