-If you like a easy job and don’t care about the pay rate, this is a position for you. -A lot of career opportunities, mainly because they can’t keep people due to the cons. Even full-timers are leaving.
Cons
- Have to sell stuff customers don’t need - Pay rate is low and outdated, can work anywhere else for more - Never focus’ on the positives, always on the negatives. - Senior management is old and stuck in old ways. Doesn’t treat every store the same. - They say “flexible schedules”, that is NOT true.
