      Pros

      You’re not supposed to work the department by yourself so there’ll always be someone to share the workload with you, and the weekly pay keeps you going.

      Cons

      Management gets pressured by regional managers who are pressured by the upper management because of a failing business and inefficient rewards sign up process. Unfortunately associates bear all that baggage.

      You often work with very professional people who can be fun to work with and seem to genuinely care about you. The job gives you good experience for future career development.

      Cons

      The pay is not great, often even lower than surrounding retail stores. Average employees being part time.
