      Our regional manager exhibited arrogant and disrespectful behavior, often coming across as condescending. He did not prioritize realism or leading by example, which is unfortunately common among many in similar positions.

      Nice work environment, got along well with the people I worked with and management was nice.

      Pay was pretty low but above minimum wage still.

      Pretty good work-life balance, good cafeteria options, free drinks and snacks, supportive teammates across all levels

      Cons

      Still has legacy code that is not maintained, lots of half-baked solutions that are now coming back to bite, and recent layoffs (multiple rounds).
