Pay is ok but could be more in regards to the stress level of the job and consistent time on phone,great coworkers mostly , beautiful office space, great holiday pay

Phones phones phones , being graded on following schedule hurts customer service and does not add a remarkable experience to the customer, more training on claims and doing s complete job
