Pros

Multiple locations; flexible work arrangements; capability to work at home; when it's going well, it's going very well. If you connect with the right people, you can be successful

Cons

What's a pro is also a con. Very political environment. One day you are in, the next day you could be out. There is zero training of managers when they are brought in. Little emphasis on ensuring employee satisifaction. Surveys sent to staff regarding employee engagement seem to be just for show. There's never any action taken. Pay increases and bonus are unpredictable.

Pros

They offer resources for learning.

Cons

In my previous roles I've never felt burnout but with this one is the first I was feeling crush. I don't think managers take time to structure the tasks on a 8hrs or 10hrs per day. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance at all. Even if you made the sacrifice to stay late, you will not be done with the work for the day.
