      Good pay, nice projects with large governmental entities and smart team members. Strategy& also sponsors some of its associates to get MBA degrees from top schools

      Cons

      Limited diversity: no women in the leadership despite the high number of excellent women who join the firm as juniors.

      Compensation is comparable to MBB at senior consultant level

      Cons

      You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
