Pros
Still smart people. You could learn a lot especially from legacy Booz employees. Quick, career growth (if you are good) At this point, the gap between Booz and legacy PwC is still visible
Cons
Very opaque appraisal process. Truly going through an identity crisis - are we PwC now? Or are we still competing with McKinsey? Senior Booz management barely has a seat at the PwC leadership table. Staff can be let go without anybody from Booz even finding out.
