      Competitive culture with like minded people Ambitious people Competitive pay relative to industry compared to other top tier consultants Pragmatic senior management who consider different view points

      Very bureaucratic working environment and many changes in management Difficult work life balance however in line with the rest of the industry Tend to have group think as people are typically from similar academic and professional backgrounds

      Pros

      You can get a good amount of beach time. If you have a lot going on in your life, that may be a good thing. If you are young and need to learn, don't let that happen. Being busy and grinding (within reason) is more worth it than things being too chill. Some projects that had travel had good culture.

      Cons

      Layoffs all the time for wrong reasons, way too remote with no ability to get young and hungry people the experience in person they need. Always stressing about utilization.
