Nice colleagues, good compensation. Operating model with PwC does not work - Director Strategy& Employee Review

Country organizations work independently (separate P&L) and are incentivized to compete. Strategy& organization within PwC causes silos, duplicate teams, competition within the firm. Consulting within an audit firm does not work. The admin burden is unbearable. Strategy& in Switzerland is sub scale and the number of Partners has decreased from ~6 to 1 in the last years.
