      1. More diverse than other consulting firm 2. Ability to work on challenging problem spaces and actually have a life outside of work 3. Outstanding consulting rigour and heritage (from Booz days) balanced with a humble corporate culture

      Cons

      1. Different ways of working between PwC and Strategy& 2. Current tax issue and negative implications to the firm 3. Lack of opportunities in the govt space

      Pros

      You can get a good amount of beach time. If you have a lot going on in your life, that may be a good thing. If you are young and need to learn, don't let that happen. Being busy and grinding (within reason) is more worth it than things being too chill. Some projects that had travel had good culture.

      Cons

      Layoffs all the time for wrong reasons, way too remote with no ability to get young and hungry people the experience in person they need. Always stressing about utilization.
