Good company but culture is going down - Associate Strategy& Employee Review

Massive layoffs at the Senior Associate level - they fired 34 out of 96 SAs. Culture has been going down - they lowered salaries for newly promoted Senior Associates and Managers. Morale is down, many people left the firm after that and a lot are considering moving jobs, especially at the associate and senior associate levels.
