Cons
Certain teams have a bad reputation, for good reason. Partners who openly berate / insult their teams is not unusual. There is a strong culture of nepotism. But the biggest issue is that the it does not offer a competitive career progression timeline relative to other T2 firms or MBB. They added in a "Senior Manager" level to add another 2 - 3 years to the timeline to get promoted to Director. And Directors typically have a minimum of 6 years at level before they're considered for Partner (but 7 - 9 years is more common, if a Director ever makes Partner at all). Health insurance is abysmal.
