Pros
Incredibly rigorous interviews but completely worth the effort. I love my job, I love my team, and the standard of my well-being is now so high, there are not many companies out there that come close to Stryker. I love the organisation and take pride in calling it my workplace.
Cons
There are some, but I am impressed that when you express concern it is logically addressed. There are always areas to improve in any organisation but it's like 90/10- genuinely happy here!
