Pros
Very clean, not greasy, free employee meals and sometimes a discount depending where you work (worked at one where my family and boyfriend at the time got a discount also), lots of useful training videos on Subway University, an inspector who keeps you informed of what is going on, the best customers
Cons
Potentially being let go when a new owner takes over because they want their own staff, when you have an owner who wants to save on food costs and gets mad at you when you give customers what they ask for, when you have an owner who doesn't appreciate the staff and/or thinks everyone should be paid minimum wage even if they worked there for years
