Pros
Easy to transfer to another location since it's such a large franchise. Usually you get a free 6 inch sandwich for a long shift
Cons
My Subway was terrible to work for. No raises no matter what. 9 hour shifts with no break. The only break was to use the bathroom. We were always understaffed and worked to death for minimal pay. The owner didn't care at all about the employees so almost everyone hated their job.
