Pros
Sumo Logic has been a fantastic place to work in my nearly 2 years here. The product and technology are world-class and essential for modern digital business, leadership does a good job of showing us where we are going and the wins along the way, the people we hire are talented and kind, and the company culture has been great throughout (covid-19, remote/hybrid, DEIB, work-life balance, benefits, unlimited pto, etc.)
Cons
Currently, we don't have a 401k match but I believe that could be offered soon. Turnover/attrition over the last year has been significant but is slowing and a positive to that is, there have been quite a few folks leaving only to boomerang back 6-12 months later.
