      Pros

      Friendly work environment. Diversity and values are held fairly closely but always room for improvement. The pay is nice for an entry level role and the day to day isn't too bad except for single dialing calls and lots of tasks to do.

      Cons

      Constant goal post moving to get promoted. Tons of busy work to do that detracts from RGAs. still disorganized after PE takeover and raises/promotions were affected to get to profitability.

      Very knowledgeable and smart staff throughout the organization. A growing Product line with a focus on Security Products is moving towards differentiation.

      Cons

      Overall company direction and strategy changed several times during my tenure, but to be expected in a growing company.
