6yWe are quite surprised by this response, as it is completely inaccurate. Our front-line employees are the strength of our business. Along with our client tools, we have our own internal tools that if used properly will guide even those employees with a lower level of technical experience through a troubleshooting platform that will satisfy our customer and provide an excellent experience. We are very proud of our pay-for-performance program, as it allows every high-functioning employee to receive a payout. It is not limited to 10% of our workforce, it is available to all hourly employees in customer facing roles. The payout allows for an additional $600 per quarter. We appreciate the feedback, and we do care about all of our employees, including those who elect to move on to other opportunities. We thank them for their time with Support.com.
