Low pay (the last raise they gave me a whopping sixty cents more). Not allowed to call out sick. Revolving door for all positions. Lack of appreciation for staff. Schedule inconsistent and often published last minute. No training. Rules and procedures change on the whim of the Senior Managers but they follow none themselves. Does not promote from within. Manager treats staff unprofessionally in front of customers. Senior Leadership ignores staff complaints with no follow-up or action.
