Pros

1. Gives work from home. But you'll wish that you came to office after seeing how they treat WFH employees 2. If you can tolerate the environment, then it's good for freshers as you will get some industry experience.

Cons

1. Any company that needs to show that they are a great place to work every fortnight has a bad work environment. 2. Intense office politics. They don't really care about capable employees. More interested in uplifting their favorites. 3. Managers will conjure up imaginary policies to prove their harrasment and abuse. 4. Main issue are the managers. They are on a power trip of some kind. I can bet top dollar that they won't get hired in any other decent company. No wonder they are here for years. 5. Manager in my former process has implemented a new fraud policy wherein you have to maintain a certain quality score to even apply for leaves. Human rights? What's that? 6. Every single manager in my process had violated multiple human rights. 7. Here HR doesn't really care about the low level employees. They will bend over backwards for their senior members. 8. Salary and increment is a joke. 9. You will see all the good workers resigning every now and then. Whoever has a backbone has resgined. Now the team is filled with yes mam people.

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
