      Overall, fanstatic. Keep in mind that it depends on the team. My team has many bright minds. Many team events when I was there. Co-workers are just awesome and supportive.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
