      Great company to work at the start of career, plenty of time allocated to get to know the tools and the know-how to contribute effectivelly. Very manageable workloads and good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Relatively slow career progression and small yearly salary revisions.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
