Pros
Relaxed and welcoming environment. Defying projects, interesting to start learning after college. Working at a leading company is interesting but only for hardware engineers.
Cons
Being a newly graduate or an older employee is the same, regarding salary and rank level. Top level management doesn't care about product quality. The work is dull and the most important projects goes not necessarily to the person most indicated or most experienced for the job. As software engineer most of the times you have to deal with mistakes and errors made at hardware level, but attributed to software.
