Pros
The people at Synopsys were some of the most Intelligent people I have ever worked with. The many products are state of the art. There is a very good work/life balance. Hours were flexible as long as you got your work done. Good medical/dental/vision and 401k match.
Cons
Being a global company, people sometimes had to work early morning or late evening to deal with people in other timezones. Management was sometimes hard to get a hold of because of them attending too many meetings.
