Pros
There is nothing Pro here. Except people smile and pretend to be friendly. I am here on my 5th year. Promotion is hard to get. Salary of application engineers are less and jobs are moving to India. Very few hiring in this group. Before there was CAE and AE roles. Soon these two groups will merge. Expect more layoffs.
Cons
Layoffs are quite often, Long working hours, Team aren't friendly, abusive, can't report to HR either , HR is with nexus with Manager
