Co-CEO Chi Foon is very approachable and is always willing to have open discussions with rank and file employees. Almost all the people that you work with are very customer success driven and the company consistently outperforms the competition and successfully grows the business.
Cons
Company is in an extremely cost driven, commodity market. Customer expectations have created an unhealthy 24/7 environment. All levels of management are under high pressure to grow business while reducing expenses.
