Very positive work place. Very technically driven management team. Industry leader. Wide array of products. Very good work life balance. Good flexibility. Great relationships. Good compensation.
Cons
Not very aggressive in terms of product marketing. But this gives the company a technology flavor. Recently a slight change towards cutting costs have had its slight negative impact. Incessant focus on cutting costs have favored aggressive management styles instead of the traditional respectful management attitude.
