Pros
- Friendly and understanding atmosphere. - Fast progression opportunities. I have had two different sales roles since I started, 7 months ago. - Heavy focus on workplace culture with tons of out of work activities (raft building, go karting, dinners paid by Damian, Quakeoke) - Help from all management levels, when requested. With our open floor plan, theres a blending of teams and management.
Cons
- It is a sales floor so the office can be loud, but this should be resolved with our new larger office - You have to come into each day with a positive attitude and ready to work. If you don't, you may struggle. - They make you do karaoke when you first join. This is not optional
