Synopsys has enough money to pay for all the mistakes SIG leadership team does and doesn't ask for any change.
Cons
There isn't any real collaboration between teams. Only being reactive to what the GM wants, VPs keep being political and do not show any real leadership. I don't want to go into any specific but just look into the "new platform" that was launched more than 2 years ago: pathetic.
Acquiring companies seems to be a good way to hide the problems.
Don't expect to have any initiative.
