Prehistoric process and technologies, global management looks like the mexican army, very poor and totally inexperienced managers at the global level. Suffering a lot with customer support activity, no real interesting projects, no innovation, absolutely no view and no confidence for the future (emulation). There is no career possible in France, everything is driven from the US. There is absolutely no balance between work and personal life.
