      Pros

      Amazing work life balance and plenty of benefits. Ample of opportunities to learn and grow but it depends on individuals. A very stable company for a long term career. Good work culture with flexible working hours and WFH option.

      Cons

      No cons really if you got a good manager. But there are managers who don't like people smarter than them and such managers can hamper your growth drastically.
