Safe. A good place to wait for retirement. Core business is growing at 3% and very predictable with the 3 year lease model
Cons
Growth is predominately by acquisition, which leaves little opportunity for career growth. Most of the people I worked with were B and C players: the A players had moved on to more exciting opportunities. Most upper management had been in the same position for more than a decade. There were a lot of silos in the back-office support..
