- Well stocked kitchen - Compensation is on the better side of fair. - Very intelligent engineers. - C-suite is top notch, and delivers results for its traditional business.
Cons
- Basically no advancement at the engineering levels. - Absentee director-level management - Distributed managers who do a very poor job of being informed and online during their team's working hours - Lack of product directives at all levels, yet a very aggressive and arbitrary stream of deadlines.
