- Not much opportunity to grow. Relaxed atmosphere allows you to coast. - Not much innovation (some of the workers have been there a long time and are stuck on a specific way of doing things). - Poor management (no accountability, not much transparency, can be inconsistent, lack direction, poor alignment)
