      Good benefits Staff is mostly friendly No micromanagement Work from home is not encourage, but permitted (privileges depend on whether you are in good books of the VP)

      Cons

      Left the company as the work is boring and there is no growth or appreciation for the CAE work in IG CAE org. Sucking up helps in this company Poor bonuses and salary increments compared to the industry standard
