Pros
Flexible in working hours. Lots of things to learn. Good leadership. Very stable job security.
Cons
Not much. Salary is relative low compared to FAANG. But it is reasonable since this is not as big as those. Projects are a bit intense since there are always deadlines. But once you get used to skills needed to know for those projects, you rarely work late.
