Pros
Great work-life balance, with nobody working on weekends and a flexible work schedule. Low stress. Many people work here for decades. Overall, people are friendly.
Cons
Innovation is difficult because new code must be integrated with poorly-written legacy code, exposing bugs at every turn. It takes years to become proficient enough to contribute intellectually, but knowledge gained is largely not transferable. Overall, low growth potential and low salaries. Lots of talk about diversity but little action. Not great for young and ambitious engineers.
