Business Outlook
Pros
The company really takes care of their workers. Specially on the pandemia period, the communication and the series of actions made by the leadership shown that they really value high all of their members.
Cons
Bit afraid to try out new practices and technologies related with software engineering. Excess of bureaucracy on certain procedures. They could be a bit more agile in how the work is reported. The hierarchy ladder is a bit big. I think one of the reason is that that the company is really enormous, but certainly I could forsee a better organization if the manager scheme is renewed with a more flattened and project oriented strategy.
