Pros
It is stable and comfortable company and perhaps the only EDA company with job security.
Cons
It is not a good company for employees that are ambitious and are looking for great career. The industry itself is shrinking and senior employees make sure their position is not getting jeopardized. Hence it's not what you deliver that matters, but how you make the system work for you is what really matters.
