Leader in EDA, so get to work on products that make an huge impact on the design of digital products. You get work satisfaction because any electronic product that you pick up will likely be built using products of this company. Smart colleagues.
Cons
Does not pay well. Hires fresh graduates but does not invest in their development or growth. A lot of senior folks stick around which does not provide opportunities for young talent to grow.
