Num 1 company does not pay num 1. Management brings in their buddies as Peers instead of promoting employees. Management takes credit for all success and does not share to the teams and employees. Bureaucracy across the board with error resolution being high. Stock offering is bad. It does not move up. Funny thing, they compare with apple when the market falls but with nothing when market moves up.
