Cons
Management is conservative, lacks the risk taking character required to grow the company. Culture characterized by top-down super GM's with sub-units operating mostly autonomously. A lack of cooperation and collaboration across teams. Pay for Performance is not adhered to and is more about who you know and not what you achieve.
