Pros
Management has reasonable expectations and do not push employees to meet unreasonable deadlines. A lot of flexibility given on when or where is done as long as the work is done on time. Perhaps a lot is up to the immediate manager but top management does not micro-manage on these matters.
Cons
Should be able to find better pay somewhere else. Not thoroughly satisfied with professional growth so far but it could be my problem.
