The lower level employees are smart and very good people. The products here are top quality and sell for themselves Pay, benefits, end of the year bonus and stocks
Cons
Growth expectations are extremely high and unrealistic creating an atmosphere where it is hard to feel successful Very few people are celebrated for all the hard work they have done There is lack of communication between the departments. Very very siloed business units. This creates confusion among employees and the goals. There is an overall push to make as much revenue as possible without considering what is best for the customers. There is always disagreement between the business units. They do not work as a team but are always in competition with one another for customers. Overall, the culture is becoming more and more toxic every day. People used to matter here, but not anymore. The top leaders do not have much communication with the employees. A lot of good people were laid off because top leaders made very bad decisions and they were not able to own up to their part and their goals were not met.
