      Pros

      The people are spectacular. I miss many of them.

      Cons

      So many of the people are taken advantage of at lower than industry rates. I wouldn't recommend it without really LOVING the whole team you're joining.

      Leadership is composed of long time employees who are not up to date with current times. Many broken processes Poor planning with acquisition of Ansys Retention efforts of key Ansys team members very poor
