Review - R&D Engineer I Synopsys Employee Review

1. 2 year bond (1-sided) on Joining Synopsys and they prefer to not give hike in appraisal after first year. Even hikes provided, if provided, are very low (irrespective of in-company experience)(<=5%). 2. No Work life Balance. (NO does not mean Disturbed, It means No.) 3. No Office Cabs, No WFH equipment/Reimbursements. Only Coffee Machine in Pantry. 4. No growth learning-wise in terms of technologies. 5. Rude/Inexperienced Managers. 6. No Project Trainings, You are expected to do work and deliver without trainings. 7. No/Very less Support during work from Seniors. 8. Female to Male ratio 1:10 Consider all this in 2 year bond situation.
