Some very highly qualified talented engineers. Aart seems to be a scrupulous, efficient gentleman with ethical values and ideals. Good top management.
Cons
Career management seems to be almost absent. Some horribly unprofessional, sadistic middle managers, who can make life miserable. Some managers do not seem to be acceptable to anyone in the company except their immediate managers. Some of them don’t even understand what’s going-on, but still survive in the job by buttering up. Senior management’s support to such managers. Feedback from the exiting employees is almost entirely ignored. Lack of teamwork. Employees are treated more like competitors than team-players. The reviews here seem to be sugar-coated. Informal talks doing the rounds seem to be quite different. The main problem is with at least a few sadistic middle managers, whom the senior management does not let go.
