Stable company. Good and approachable colleagues. The smaller teams allow connections between people. Working with cutting-edge technology. 2 days working from home. Work schedule is not rigid.
Cons
Bad salaries given the cost of living of Porto and Lisbon. Bad salary progression with only small increments, bad progression, progression relying more on years of experience rather than effort. Annoying company culture (typical hypocritical mindset) but not the worst, and at least the colleagues are sane and don't get brainwashed. Both offices are in a really bad location. You will need a car. Management and HR are insensitive to theissues from employees, nothing gets done. Work is very deorganized, it lacks structure, probably because it relies mostly on people working there for 15+ years. Documentation is poor, training in non existent. Work can be chaotic dependent on the team. 3 days mandatory to the office with no flexibility.
